Saturday class for May 14 is canceled as that is the day of the Sixth Annual Nick Smiles on the Fine Arts 5k/walk. Please come out and walk or run with us! The run starts at 9AM in West Chester. You can register before the event online and get a T-shirt, or at the event before it starts. Hope to see you there!
Saturday Black Belt classes at the Lionville Y will continue from 11-1 pm on Saturdays. This advanced practice is primarily a Black Belt class, however brown belt candidates for Black Belt may attend.
The Y may charge a $ 5 fee at the front desk since it is not a scheduled Y class.
All Black Belt candidates should be visiting all the PSKK schools in preparation for their belt promotion tests. Check school locations and class times/days in our locations section.
Please send an email to Headmaster Steve Sciscione <Stephen.email@example.com> if you plan to attend Saturday classes. There will be a Saturday group e-mail communication for these classes.
There will be some Saturdays with no class. On 4/30 we are doing a demonstration as part of Healthy Kids Day at Kerr Park in Downingtown from 11-1. Join us if you are available, there will be no class that day. Also, Memorial and Labor Day weekend there will be no Saturday classes.
We will be conducting an upper-level black belt test on March 26, in the Johnson Room at Upper Main Line YMCA. The test will commence at 11AM and run until 3PM, with candidates testing for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th dan. See you there!
Due to the impending snowstorm, the advanced class this Saturday at the Lionville YMCA is cancelled. The YMCA will be closing.

Saturday advanced belt classes start again at Lionville YMCA this weekend, January 9, starting at 11AM. Class is open to purple belts and up. See you there!
I’m happy to announce that all of our test candidates passed their colored belt test. Congratulations to everyone who was promoted today! If you have pictures you’d like posted, please send them to me.

Due to the holidays and other events, there will be no Saturday classes in either last week of November, nor in December. After the break, Saturday classes will resume January 6 at their usual 11AM time slot.
On December 12th, there will be a colored belt test held at Upper Main Line YMCA. Everyone is invited to attend this test, and it will be held at 12 Noon in the Johnson room. Good luck to all of the test candidates!
The Saturday advanced Taekwondo classes will resume on September 12, now starting at 11AM and ending at 12:30PM. The class is open to all students with a brown belt or higher.
There will be no Saturday class on September 5.
